Vacation Bible School (VBS) in Malabar Area, Kerala - India
The months of April & May are hectic with Vacation Bible Schools (VBS) in different Places of Kerala. It is not different in the Northern Part of Kerala – Malabar. By the Grace of God, VBS Ministry there also is in full swing and will continue until end of MAY 08. Fully Trusting in the God, we prayerfully planned to conduct VBS in around 50 to 60 places in this region. (In majority of these places we never conducted VBS before). Our Gracious God enabled us to conduct VBS at 28 places so far and arrangements are in progress to conduct VBS in many more places. Please continue to pray for the VBS at these places:
Wayanad: Puthenkunnu, Sulthan Bathery, Manathavady, Ambalavayal, Kudikki, Pakkam, Pulpally, Meppady, Chekady, Ondayagady.

God willing in the coming coming weeks we are planning to conduct VBS in various tribal colonies, Hostels, Etc…As a follow up work, we are praying for Children Clubs in different places and one week training program for the teachers.
Let us uphold these humble efforts to the Throne of Grace that many children may hear the WORD of GOD and come to the saving knowledge of our Saviour. Greetings to you all in the Gracious name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We are here for the glory of God for the last 13 years. Assembly is functioning well. Some new souls are also added recently. Our Ministry is going well by the grace of God. Mainly we are engaged in the following fields;

Students Ministry:
Village ministry: TWO BY TWO-(Local church planting ministry)
Further, by the grace of God we have two commented Lords workers from this assembly doing the ministry in two parts of this District.
1. Recently we are praying for a piece of Land for Assembly Hall construction. For the above purpose a Joint account is made in Assembly’s name (Believers Brethren Assembly .BASNI)
2. We are praying for a New Vehicle (FOUR WHEELER diesel Van), With out a vehicle we face many difficulties in the field of Ministry.
We have some amount with us 50,000. Rest 3.5 lacks under prayer.

What is Sath Gamaya?
Sath Gamaya – in Sanskrit means "Lead Me to Truth". Sath Gamaya - is a series of 30-minute, Global TV-Telecast of the Gospel messages leading many to the TRUTH and to the LIFE. Over the last 34 months (137 Episodes) Gospel messages were telecast through Sath Gamaya Malayalam. Ever since God enabled us to start the Malayalam telecast, it has been our desire, dream and prayers to start Sath Gamaya telecast in Hindi. Yes, our Gracious Almighty God answered our prayers. PRAISE THE LORD! God willing Sath Gamaya in Hindi will be aired from 07 APR 2008 onwards. Zee-TV, one of the premier Hindi channels in India has agreed to telecast Sath Gamaya Hindi Program every Monday 6.00 AM to 6.30 AM (Indian Time). These programs are telecast from Bombay addressing the basic problems being faced by man, it's cause, presenting the uniqueness of Christ along with a clear presentation of the message of salvation.
What is the potential?
According to surveys conducted by the Gulf Mirror of Bahrain, 350 million Indians in 180 countries watch Zee-TV telecast. TV has become the largest communication medium in Hindi. Unfortunately, gospel communicators use it sparingly. Now the time has come and God has given us a wonderful occasion to share the greatest love of God to the millions of Hindi speaking people in India and abroad. This could be the biggest opportunity we had ever received in the history to communicate gospel.

FIBA NEWS REPORT
FIBA Conference 2008 will be held in Washington D.C, the capital city of USA from July 31 to August 3, 2008 at West fields Marriott, a wonderful place having both the quietness of a campus center and the convenience of all the five star amenities. The theme chosen for this year’s conference is “Believer’s Glorious Inheritance” based on 1 Peter 1:3-5. Speakers for the conference are Bro. John P. Thomas, India; Bro. Alexander Kurian, Dallas; Bro. Binu Samuel, India; Bro. Ray Gonzalez, USA and Bro. Doug Kazen, USA. Other visiting evangelists from India will also be leading various sessions at the conference. Youth sessions will be led by Bro. Ray Gonzalez and the children’s programs will be led by Bro. Binu Samuel. Bro. Jose Cherian & team will lead the music ministry and a special Musical evening has also been planned.
During the conference there will be a literature forum (sahithya sammelanam), various seminars, and various separate programs for children, youth and for the sisters.
A specialty of this year’s conference is a special Gospel Meeting inviting non-believers. We consider the FIBA conference as an opportunity to witness to the community as well. We are expecting quite a number of guests at this Gospel outreach and request your prayers for these precious souls.

THE MINISTRIES IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEPAL (Reported by: Benny)

The ministries in South Central Nepal
I had the opportunity to visit some parts of south Central Nepal for some ministries last week where our Bro. Ramdrash Kumar is doing some ministries along with his Assembly at Narkatiaganj, Bihar. It was really amazing to see such a believers' group in the midst of the forest in two districts of Nepal. The districts are Chitwan and Parsa. In Nepal, though it is a Hindu nation, by law, there are many denominations like NCF (Nepal Christian Fellowship), A.G. (Assemblies of God), Baptist Mission, Church of Christ and Brethren Assemblies etc. The exact number of believers is not known to the world as no one knows about it. There are many Churches even in the jungles of Nepal. Presently we do have 4 brethren evangelists, serving the Lord in Nepal. This should lead us to pray for Nepal fervently as there are 76 districts and about 2,71,00,000 people (27.1 million) according to 2005 census.
We have about 500 born again believers and more than 200 baptised believers in these districts. The people in these regions totally depend on nature. Basic needs like electricity, telephone, transportation facilities are far and rare to them. Most of the people are agriculturists. Major portions of these districts lies under thick forest areas. With much prayer our brother Ramdrash is planning to have an Assembly Hall there at Parsa. The hall should accommodate for 250 people. The total cost estimated for this would be around Rs 50,000/- (Fifty thousand only). The construction will be done with wood and tin sheet. We would like you to pray for this need, and if the Lord guides you, please support the ministry in Nepal.
